5 more nights to go before the start of one of our biggest event of the year. The 84 lucky participants for the ski trip this year will have the opportunity to experience amazing snow and the chilly cold in the best ever snow season.

Reports have indicated that there’ll be thick snow on all the mountains and it would be the perfect time for all of us when we get there this weekend. In fact, snow report has indicated that there is more than 1m of snow up on Falls Creek.

To all the excited participants, we hope that all of you take note of this crucial update on our meeting time and location this Friday.

Date: 27th July 2007, this Friday
Meeting Time: 2.30 am (yes, it’s 2.30am on Friday!!)
Meeting Location: In front of Robert Blackwood Hall

We hope that all of you would be at the rendezvous location by 2.45am the latest, as we would be leaving Monash University sharp at 3am. Please be there early to allow some time for us to note down your names and for you guys to stash all your belongings in the bus.

We are planning to arrive at Falls Creek between 9-10am on Friday morning, and after getting the equipments (which would probably take about 2 hours), we should be able to start skiing or snowboarding somewhere before lunch time. Therefore, we advise all of you to get enough rest in the bus as we travel there on Friday morning, so that you guys would have the energy to have fun in the snow. Throughout the journey to Falls Creek, we will be stopping for breakfast and toilet. Just remember to bring additional money for food :)
