Our 1-year Graduate Trainee Programme is specially designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the evolving telecommunications industry. You will learn of the various functions in the organization that supports and upholds the Maxis banner.

We offer you a truly exciting working experience with comprehensive and challenging on-the-job training that includes both theory and practical assignments. Upon completion of the programme, you will be placed in a functional unit which best fits your skills and interest. The Graduate Trainee Program is open to Malaysian students graduating from an Australian University this year and intending to return to work in Malaysia in 2008.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

• A strong academic record -1st Class Honours Degree / Masters Degree Programme in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, IT, Engineering and others
• Excellent command of the English language (oral & written)
• Recipient of awards of academic excellence (e.g. Dean’s list)
• Excellent track records in extra curricular activities
• Proven leadership (e.g. office bearer in clubs and societies)
• A dynamic personality, be a high achiever and extremely self-motivated
